Working closely alongside a Portfolio Manager, I helped develop a model portfolio and client review system. I was responsible for generating specific investment ideas, performing detailed research on individual securities and ensuring client accounts were properly aligned with the model portfolio. I also created a streamlined investment review system and performed detailed examinations of nearly 150 client portfolios each month. Furthermore, I provided investment recommendations to clients and developed proposals and marketing materials for the team.

GT Web was created while I was in high school as way to manage the websites I was developing. While I was in university, the business grew to include domain name management, web design and online advertising. GT Web was involved in the development or sale of more than 50 websites of all sizes and genres. The business ceased operations in September, 2011 when I obtained the opportunity to pursue a career in the finance/investment industry.
