Retail Program Management - New Product Introductions and Special Projects-Mobilize and drive a cross-functional team to prepare, support and deliver Apple Product Launches in Apple Retail stores world wide and deliver an amazing customer experience. -Look across all work streams to align, sequence and prioritize based on the expected velocity of a product, the number of products being introduced, retail expansion projects, overlapping seasonal campaigns, strategic decisions from the executive team and any outside factors that may impact a product launch.-Consolidate, track and report on team deliverables at the cross functional level all the way to the executive level to ensure all stakeholders are connected and continue to collaborate.

Plan Genius Program-Manager of team communications, working directly with the Plan Genius product owners to report status of the individual products to the broad program team and appropriately escalate risks and issues to the correct business partners and leadership.-Own the overall program roadmap, making sure to align the rollout strategies of the various products with dependent systems and projects.

Carrier Plan Manager Application-Product manager of the Carrier Plan Manager (CPM) tool, a content management web application and database that acts as the single source of truth for carrier rate plans offered at Apple Retail Stores worldwide.-Roadmap and backlog owner for CPM, responsible for prioritizing the ongoing enhancements and flexibly balance the needs of multiple business partners in order to manage requirements for releases of downstream systems, new product introductions and retail store expansion.-Created the business case, project scope, roadmap, data mappings and user stories in order to define the overall end-to-end solution design.-Received buy off and funding from key stakeholders after presenting the business case to various levels of upper management and a diverse range of business teams.-Led weekly design reviews with the design team to ensure that the application’s front end design would simplify the user experience and separate it from the complex data modeling going on in the back end of the application.-Responsible for organizing and leading a two-month user acceptance testing (UAT) and authoring 500+ test scripts.

-Account manager for 15+ worldwide iOS carrier accounts, arranging the transition of carrier rate plans into Apple retail systems. Partnered with retail merchants and IS&T to ensure Apple retail stores accurately offered the best purchase place for iPhones.-Acted as the iOS device contact on retail expansion projects. Set up new countries in iOS device systems, performed user acceptance testing and participated in initial negotiations on commissions and subsidies to be paid by new carriers in the expansion countries.-Worked directly with a 3rd party developer to create and implement a Filemaker database to house all aspects of company wide marketing development funds(MDF) for retail 3rd party vendors.-Forecast, managed and reported earnings for worldwide retail MDF, upwards of $15M. This included balance sheet reconciliation and booking accruals.-Consolidated commissions and subsidies owed by the mobile carriers in Apple internal systems and facilitated monthly reconciliation on outstanding dispute amounts.
