 Created a brand new web based ERP system using Active Directory authentication for maintaining employee accounts, daily time entries, running time and attendance reports, and company financial reports. C#, DotNetNuke, SQL Server 2008 R2, Active Directory, RedGate SQL, BeyondCompare, CodeSmith, Infragistics controls, heavy use of AJAX. When the DBA quit, I assumed that person’s responsibilities. Included in that was an SSIS package that consumed information from a web service, and that took the better part of 24 hours to run. After adjusting the stored procedures and tweaking the SSIS package, that time was reduced to 20 minutes. Created several automation tools, including a web-based click stream recorder and a “folder watcher” that automatically processes feed files dropped on FTP clients.
