Hospitality Services provide daily meals across all four of SwanCare's Residential Aged Care Facilities located within the Bentely Park 15-hectare campus, where approximately 400 residents are served breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon tea on a daily basis. As well as providing ready-to-eat home delivered meals to our residents living within the Retirement Village, our Main Production Kitchen is responsible for approximately 1,200 meals per day for our residents, not including morning & afternoon teas and any supper requirements. In addition to the Residential Meal services provided, Hospitality Services operate 2 cafes located with the Village, Spritz Cafe and Jarrah Cafe, offering residents, staff, family and friends a great option throughout the week for casual dining and coffee catchups! Spritz Laundry is the commercial division of our in-house laundry operations that provide full linen and personal clothing laundering services for the 375 residents in our RACFs. Operating 7 days a week with both van and golf-buggy deliveries throughout the Village, our laundry services are designed to meet the needs of our residents as outlined under the Aged Care Standards, as well as be compliant for any Infectious Prevention Control measures required. Spritz Laundry utilises the latest in technology with a full range of Girbau laundry equipment designed for maximum output and efficiency.

Operations Manager for SCC WA with 9 Residential Aged Care Facilities throughout Western Australia. My role was heavily focussed on hospitality operations, including menu management, residential meal services, additional/extra services and amenities, cleaning operations, and laundry services across the portfolio. In addition to managing non-clinical operations, I was actively involved in the COVID19 response for the organisation as the pandemic began. This included development of new infection control cleaning programs for the organisation, business continuity planning, and PPE procurement initiatives.

General Manager at Mantra on Murray hotel located in Perth, Western Australia.Mantra on Murray contains 190 rooms, a fully licensed restaurant and bar, and conferencing facilities for up to 200 delegates.Responsible for the hotel’s financial performance, safety compliance, and all service deliverables across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Conference Centre operations.A member of the Council of Owners for the strata company representing the 252 lots within the building, with 190 leased for the hotel's operations, 60 residential apartments, and 2 commercial retail lots.

Operating in a regional capacity and reporting to the Director of Corporate Services PNH, I managed a team of five divisional managers and a workforce of approximately 250 caregivers in the delivery of non-clinical support services across three divisions in the Perth Northern Hospitals (PNH) region.

A short-term secondment to oversee the delivery of two financial sustainability initiatives while providing strong and inspirational leadership to the areas of Environmental Services, Patient Food Services, Retail Services, Engineering, Security, and Reception/Switchboard services at St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals.

Reporting to the Group General Manager, I was responsible for the effective management and leadership of all hotel operations while ensuring the hotel operated safely, efficiently, and profitably. Worked as a liaison between the hotel's management group and the strata council working to maximise the profitability of the hotel and meet the financial and operational goals of both parties. Managed a full refurbishment project during my tenure which saw replacement of both hard and soft furnishings while maintaining the hotel's budgeted RevPAR forecast.

Reporting to the General Manager, I had a hands-on role in the management of the rooms division, food and beverage outlets, and business development initiatives for the hotel.

Managed both IHG and Marriott franchised properties working for one of the largest hotel management companies in the US. Hired as an Assistant General Manager at a Residence Inn by Marriott, I was promoted to General Manager after my first year as a key member of the Opening Team for Tharaldson's first Staybridge Suites in a portfolio consisting of over 350 hotels.
