I manage a team of software developers and work closely with the project management team and cross IT departments to ensure the successful development and maintenance for one of GovTech projects.Main Responsibilities: - Manage a microservices system comprising 34 services built with Java Spring Boot, deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS Cloud).- Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing and delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. - Oversee support and maintenance tickets (bugs, incidents, inquiries, and standard requests) to meet SLA requirements and stabilize the system.- Set engineering strategy and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) metrics for the team, while actively mentoring and coaching team members.

During this period, I explored entrepreneurship by initiating a self-funded startup project to develop software which was designed to help stock traders identify accumulation and distribution patterns in the Indonesian stock market. Leveraging daily detailed transaction data from brokers, I developed a formula to analyze patterns of money inflow and outflow in daily transactions.Additionally, I served as a technology consultant for Semeton Petani Vanilla Bali (SPBV), where I helped address critical issues related to product distribution post-harvest and provided guidance on marketing strategies.

One of the biggest successes at Telcosolutions was leading the redesign of the existing system and reorganizing the codebase to enhance centralization and adherence to coding standards, which led to improved code maintenance and greater efficiency in the company's ability to introduce new features.During my tenure, I reported directly to the President Director of Telcosolutions, Inc., and was involved in the planning, design, and delivery of the software rebranding from TCSG to SAGE, which was also patented in the U.S.

As the main PIC for all project development with Microsoft .NET, and as a part of the department's KPI to contribute cost savings through technological advancements, I was involved in several projects that led to significant cost reductions. Including:- Led a .NET team in developing a large-scale web application called e-KPI, which scores KPIs annually for over 20,000 employees. This application was built from scratch and required data integration from SAP R3, particularly the HR module.- Developed a service to integrate data Bill of Lading data from SAP and to optimizing the sales and distribution (S&D) business process.- Contributed to the SAP Business One go-live system for a subsidiary company in Anaheim, Los Angeles, United States.- Maintained a warehouse management system (Microsoft .NET applications) for one of the mills, which was integrated with SAP MM and SAP SD modules.
