I am currently working with Meritto, a leading SaaS platform that provides end-to-end solutions for educational institutions. I am motivated by the mission of Meritto to empower educators and learners with innovative and user-friendly products that enhance the quality and efficiency of education.As a product consultant, I work closely with the product development, implementation, and customer success teams to understand the needs and feedback of the clients and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their goals and expectations. Some of the skills that I use in my role are customer success, process improvement, new business development, data analysis, and communication.
