Serves as the lead architect of Pillsbury Global Sourcing's framework of service delivery methods and services – Mosaic.Co-developer of the firm's patent-pending Visual Sourcing and Contracting method – ValueChain.Service delivery activities generally focus on large-scale sourcing engagements from delivery strategy through transaction structuring, requirements development, supplier selection, negotiation and change management activities.

One of three partners responsible for designing, building and managing e.conomy – PwC's global purchasing consortium for middle-market companies. Directly responsible for the development of, and contract negotiations with, brand-name providers who offer their goods and services (based on pre-defined contractual terms and conditions) to the members of e.conomy at discount levels generally only offered to the Fortune 500.Developed a consulting group within the audit practice to serve the top-tier U.S.-based mortgage banking and related entities. Engagements were typically as a result of a client's need to radically reduce its budget, generate capacity for additional volume, improve its quality of service or shutdown part or all of its operations. These challenges were generally achieved through long-term projects (ranging 6 to 12 months) focused on cost justified change management initiatives involving teams of multi-disciplined PwC resources, typically generating fees in excess of $1 million. Services included: process redesign; organizational restructuring; business reengineering; systems selection, implementation and strategy; due diligence of to be acquired companies; portfolio transfer management; product redesign; strategic outsourcing analysis; vendor analysis; benchmarking of operations, cost and revenue; litigation support; etc.Co-authored a tailored adaptation to the PwC reengineering methodology for the needs of the practice and its clients.

Failed Thrift Shutdown – Led all activities to shutdown the operations and facilities of five failed thrifts recently acquired from the RTC and transfer the desired assets to the parent operation. Responsibilities included: sale of non-desired assets; transfer of physical and data inventory to the parent operation; office closure; staff elimination or transfer; development of in-house conversion software for various source systems; negotiation with vendors for the assignment or elimination of services; and preparation of the relevant operations to handle the transferred business.Loan Servicing System Conversion – Developed the business case for converting a diverse 250,000 mortgage loan portfolio from a system that had just been installed less than two years prior. Additionally, led the conversion effort, which included: operational and organizational changes; staff training; policy and procedure development; data conversion; system interfaces to loan origination, capital markets general ledger, etc.; ad-hoc reporting tool selection/implementation; and custom billing statements, notices and management reports.Litigation Support – Developed a litigation support function to address numerous class action and individual lawsuits. Responsibilities included: co-developing litigation strategy with internal and external counsel; negotiating settlement terms; building systems to identify class members and generate the appropriate refunds; providing testimony as to industry and firm-specific practices; and preparing various business lines to handle class member and news media questions.Acquisition of Servicing Rights – Led the financial, operational and system functions in supporting portfolio acquisitions. Responsibilities included: portfolio valuation; proposal preparation; operational due diligence; contract negotiation; system conversion; physical loan transfer; and operational assimilation.
