• Assist to analyse sales price development and the underlying components for the three Distribution companies located in Europe, Asia and Middle East.• Participate in presenting the outcome of sales price development of the three Distribution companies to the Distribution Pricing Group.• Perform statistic reports relevant for internal key stakeholders.• Responsible to maintain the functions in MS Access for all reporting/supporting processes.• Assist to solve operational pricing issues for the twenty four Inter IKEA Distribution Retailer countries.• Participate in projects related to Pricing.• Responsible to identify and collect missing tariff/duty information and update the Customs Article Information Support (CAIS) system accordingly for retailers in Europe, Asia and Middle East.• Act as a contact person between IKEA Customs Coordination Center (CCC) in Sweden and Retailers in Europe, Asia and Middle East.• Super User of Corporate Base Data (CBD).• Carry out ad hoc reports.Key Projects: • Coordinate the migration process of customs related data from local data base to the new global data base.Achievements: • Establish a checking routine to assist Transport and Supply teams in Europe, Asia and Middle East to secure prompt high quality of distribution sales prices to the 24 Inter IKEA Systems Distribution Retailer countries.• Develop and improve reporting/supporting processes in MS Access and Excel to secure high quality and transparency on distribution sales prices.• Create new customs process in MS access that produce missing data related to customs (Tariff/Duty) which are then requested by retailers in Europe, Asia and Middle East in order to prevent future ordering delays that leads to low goods availability.

• Preparation and distribution of bi-monthly expense reports per cost center.• Update and maintain SAP BCP system with the forecast figures for Distribution companies in Europe, Asia and Middle East. • Update and maintain Distribution legal entities in Headcount database.• Financial reporting for the Distributor in order to meet the requirements set by the Boards of the Distributor, Inter IKEA Systems division and Inter IKEA Group. • Perform financial controlling on monthly basis.• Perform Gross profit Analysis for the three Distribution companies in Europe, Asia and Middle East.• Perform Gross Profit Margin forecast for the three Distribution companies in Europe, Asia and Middle East.• Carry out ad hoc reports.Key Projects: • Active participation in the implementation of SAP as forecasting tool for Inter IKEAAchievements:• Improve Gross Profit Analysis process which has enabling distribution management to monitor and forecast companies’ profitability.

• Secure smooth clearance of goods at customer end, by providing outgoing documents (customs and transport documents, invoices) in a correct, complete and timely manner. • Establish and improve clearly defined routines and maintain a good communication network with stakeholders along the supply chain, securing efficient flow of documents.• Monitor the documentation related performance of key stakeholders.• Support Retailers in Asia, Middle East and Europe in customs documentation issues in their respective territories.
