Co-developed the company's flagship web-based product (an applicant tracking, selection and hiring system for human resources departments which sorts and filters applicants based on an array of criteria); also helped to develop supporting database and ancillary tools. Mentored other team members in the use of cygwin, different command line tools, Linux, and other open source tools. Championed use of .NET's extension methods, and Linq which are now used extensively in production code. Developed multiple SOAP and restful web services for third party affiliates. Wrote a myriad of supporting tools using different technologies, such as: python, MS Office integration APIs, OpenOffice APIs, C# and F#, command line utilities, bash scripting, windows services, and others. Participated on the team responsible for defining and implementing the company's software development process. Managed setup, operation, maintenance and customization of company's internal wiki (MoinMoin), bug tracking system (Trac), firewall (IPTables), version control system (Mercurial server), Linux servers, Apache servers, IIS, MSSQL, amongst others. Was responsible for multiple aspects of SAS-70 certification.

Assisted in development of the university's Network Control Center for automated creation and management of network connections, using technologies such as: C, Perl, PHP, MySQL, shell scripting, HTML+CSS. Assisted in development of SNMP monitoring tools.

Developed a user account management system with support for multiple platforms for a local ISP. The system has a Perl/MySQL back-end, and a PHP/ HTML front-end.
