I am an economic consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a background in expert testimony support and a primary focus on intellectual property disputes and antitrust litigation. I’ve worked on and managed teams of all sizes, and have had the opportunity to work on a number of high-profile projects thus far. Highlights include managing a team of data scientists cleaning data and developing demand estimation models in support of the 2018 T-Mobile/Sprint merger, recouping $900 million in damages for investors in bankruptcy proceedings stemming from the collapse of Lehman Brothers, and settling patent disputes between technology giants such as Apple, Samsung, and Qualcomm, to name just a few. I graduated from Western University in 2016 with a dual-Bachelor’s degree in Economics and in Business Administration (the latter from Ivey Business School). My specializations in the former were in economic development and industrial-organization, while my focus in the latter was in data sciences and analytics. For my senior thesis, I co-authored a panel study that measured the efficacy of various direct and indirect income redistribution mechanisms throughout Latin America between 1980 and 2010. Our study empirically proved that investments in healthcare, education, and infrastructure consistently had a greater effect at reducing poverty in the long-run than direct cash transfers. Personally, I have a great deal of interest in politics (Canadian, American, and international), world history, and political philosophy. I am an avid reader, especially of the news, non-fiction, and philosophical literature. I like to maintain an active lifestyle, biking and hiking often. Other interests of mine include travelling, cooking and trying new foods, and curling.
