Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I graduated with a Kinesiology Degree from Cal Poly. While I was in college I played both football and baseball, which as we all know you have to train constantly to be competitive. I was able to learn about how the human body worked not only in school but out on the "playing field." Not too many people have both types of experience at that level. I started Rev SLO Fitness because I wanted to share my fitness experience with everyone. I enjoy helping people reach their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing that smile when a client has reached a milestone. I just want everyone to realize its not a number we are reaching for, it's a lifestyle.
