Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I graduated with a Kinesiology Degree from Cal Poly. While I was in college I played both football and baseball, which as we all know you have to train constantly to be competitive. I was able to learn about how the human body worked not only in school but out on the "playing field." Not too many people have both types of experience at that level. I started Rev SLO Fitness because I wanted to share my fitness experience with everyone. I enjoy helping people reach their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing that smile when a client has reached a milestone. I just want everyone to realize its not a number we are reaching for, it's a lifestyle. Health and Happy, that's what the SLO Life is all about. That is why I believe Rev SLO Fitness is truly bring back personalized fitness, you are not just a number in our books.Specialties: Rev SLO Fitness specializes in small, personalized group fitness classes. This enables us to modify for all levels of fitness and gives ever client that one on one feeling. The services we offer are Spin, Mat Pilates, Boot Camp, TNT (circuit training), Yoga, Meditation, Zumba, Private Group Training, Personal Training, Chiropractic Care, Nutritional Counseling, Massage Therpay.
