Rev brings San Luis Obispo specialized fitness classes to assist clients in weight loss, building strength, releasing stress, and improving their overall health. Classes will include the following: Spin, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, TNT (group training), Boot Camp, Abs of Steel, Turn and Burn X and combo classes such as Spin/Abs and Spin/TNT. Classes are for clients looking to lose weight, cross-train, get stronger, stay healthy, and have fun.
Rev is the only one of its kind, specializing in spin classes. Clients will be instructed on proper alignment and form, preventing injury, and promoting stronger, healthier bodies. Classes are generally 60 minutes, allowing clients to get in, workout, and get out. Rev not only builds clients’ fitness levels, but increases their confidence and performance in their health and lives.
We also offer Chiropractic Care, Nutritional Counseling, Massage, and Personal Training.
