As a store manager, I am responsible not only for the daily business the store, but also for achieving annual targets and plans set with the sales managers and stakeholders. I am involved in the development and improvement of the product range, such as in the brand portfolio and developing own brands. In my daily work, I am responsible for the Visual Merchandising of an almost 4000 nm2 retail space with more than 250 Brands. I am also responsible for assembling, developing and supporting the right team.Als Store Manager bin ich nicht nur für das Tagesgeschäft der Filiale verantwortlich, sondern auch für das Erreichen der mit den Verkaufsleitern und Stakeholders festgelegten Jahresziele und -pläne. Ich bin an der Entwicklung und Verbesserung des Produktsortiments beteiligt, z. B. beim Fremdmarken und der Entwicklung von Eigenmarken. In meiner täglichen Arbeit bin ich für das Visual Merchandising einer fast 4000 Quadratmeter großen Verkaufsfläche verantwortlich mit etwa 250 Marken. Außerdem bin ich für die Zusammenstellung, Entwicklung und Unterstützung des richtigen Teams verantwortlich.

During my time as a Junior Store manager I was responsible to open the second store in Budapest from the beginning until the opening day. I was dealing with service providers. I have requited the opening team. I helped the Store Manager to manage the budget, such as personal costs and operating cost. I had to analyze the figures and make suggestions to help to develop the assortment in the Store.
