Rationalized supplier panel, work on the supplier mission and project with the team, and valuate the KPI result to ranking supplier performance. 5. Monitoring project development status, whether need open new sourcing or there is any risk of project delay.Achievement：1. I built up 5 years purchasing strategy of the team with two business model, component for e bike/e scooter/treadmill, and finish good of power bank, LED lighting, electronic pump, ...etc. 2. With the team together we achieved progression sales growth 20% in 2013,40% in 2014, 63% in end of 2015. 3. I opened 6 suppliers in this period to booming the product range and sales turn over.

- In charge of the sports torch light, head lamp, camping lamp NPI in local supplier.- In charge of supplier KPI management in terms of quality, supply, and cost.- Ensure all project development on time and shipment on time with good quality.- I identify 6 suppliers and opened 3 of them to booming the sales and capacity.

- Supplier management: Lead the team (4 people) to manage 8 PCB suppliers, conduct quality audits, process audits, develop new suppliers, continue to optimize and improve the supply chain system, review bom cost for new models, open new source base on purchasing strategy.- Production management: As an internal auditor of the quality system, confirm the new samples and provide technical support and improvement solutions to solve the issues on production line.- Process System: Complete internal department integration and process re-engineering, write PCB board approve procedure and SOP.
