Presenting all problems promptly and facilitating cost-effective solutions daily, or weekly at OAC meetings, to exceed all client expectations• Formulated and implemented all schedule look-ahead, production requirements, safety expectations, and additional impacts to schedule to maintain Project Baseline Schedule.• Coordinated all required pre-construction, daily site and safety plans with Project Manager, internal and external personnel, 5 different local and state agencies, between 2 metropolitan cities, to meet OSHA requirements, maintain inspection standards and any other site requirements. Including weekly safety walks with local Fire Department and daily Site Access Maps to maintain a safe working environment.• Direct all required pre-construction/pre-mobilization meetings, weekly sub-contractor meetings and all day-to-day operations to provide clear expectations to all MEP and other sub-contractors. These expectations included, but not limited to, maintaining OSHA safety requirements, base line schedule deadlines, sequencing with two-week projections, material requirements & storage for three phases of construction and multiple production levels between 31 buildings.• Utilized Procore, our construction software, to upload and manage Daily Workflow, Logs, RFIs, Change Orders, Material Submittals & MSD sheets, Safety Record, and any Revisions
