Achieved an architectural and working understanding of the numerous, disparate physician practice management systems within the AOR national network of clinics. Additional responsibilities included: - Selection and contractual negotiation with the vendor selected as the national electronic commerce provider to AOR. - Strategic and tactical planning of both the national and site-specific electronic commerce implementations.- Implementation related supervision of both electronic commerce vendor and the practice management vendors at each local AOR location.- Education of AOR executive, clinical and field personnel relating to the AOR national electronic commerce strategy.- Creation and maintenance of project momentum from AOR executive, clinical and field personnel.- Strategic leadership in the creation, project definition, and implementation of new electronic commerce products.- Creation of all national and site specific project plans, implementation documents, training materials, configuration diagrams, and post implementation survey materials. Based upon post implementation surveys completed by AOR field and clinical personnel, the AOR national electronic commerce initiative was the highest rated AOR information systems implementation project based on: training, documentation, project management, post implementation support and confidence in the product.
