- Installing/Modifying/terminating Global IP-VPN circuit by configuring KDDI edge router(Cisco, Juniper).- Conducting planned maintenance work on IP-VPN circuits.- Conducting L1/L2/L3 and QoS Testing for IP-VPN circuits, troubleshooting with world wide carriers and KDDI local branches to achieve service requirements.- Researching abnormal technical issue and making case study for improvement.- Onsite survey and support testing for southern Vietnam sites.
