With over 10 years of experience as an engineer and advanced degrees in business administration and psychology, I am passionate about helping businesses create more psychologically-safe work environments for their employees. As the owner of my own professional development business, I help organizations increase job satisfaction, reduce turnover, and develop more effective leaders through the use of psychological principles and the personality framework of the Enneagram.Previously, I was an engineering program manager for a $50M Navy acquisition program, where I led a mixed-industry team of nine agencies to collaborate, innovate, and make principle-based decisions. Before that, I served as a technical advisor at the Pentagon on behalf of a Fortune 500 company. I hold three degrees: a Masters of Science in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, and an MBA and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
