Daniel's expertise includes the development of shopping centers valued at R700m in the Greater Chicago area and managing a residential fund worth R300m in South America. As the principal of Property Brokers Network, he has established an extensive network in the local property industry and possesses a wide range of skills including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, tenant relationships, and the daily management of the Yieldex portfolio. Daniel has also created a thriving home clearance retail center in Wynberg Sandton and successfully managed the relocation of 84 tenants to a new Diamond Precinct in Bedfordview. His in-depth understanding of the E-Commerce industry has also enabled him to start and invest in various companies both locally and internationally.
