Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: perform daily clerical duties within the Tour Guide office, co-plan the New Tour Guide Orientation that is held annually to welcome and train the new tour guides, coordinate the hiring process every spring when new tour guides are hired, attend numerous receptions on the behalf of the University to talk to prospective students that are interested in Bowling Green State University, and organize and help plan large visit days where thousands of high school students come to view campus.
