o Focus on shaping the future of the business through involvement in the development and implementation of the E4R Smart Phone App & Member Card.o Managing all aspects of the E4R online teamwear shop.o Organisation of residential and non-residential E4R rugby camps to be held in 2018.o Responsible for appointing, negotiating and managing relationships with suppliers.o Managing key Rugby Club partners throughout the UK to maximise sales opportunities.o Management of junior sales, marketing and administration staff.o Liaising with marketing team to focus their activity in line with sales strategy.o Reporting to company directors on current sales activity and future opportunities.

o Raising awareness of E4R amongst grassroots rugby clubs via identification of key committee members within these clubs.o Providing information to committee members on our services via email, telephone and face to face meetings.o Signing clubs up as E4R “Club Partners” - growing our relationship with them to build trust and establish E4R as a key strategic partner of the clubs.o Identifying immediate and future sales opportunities within these clubs.o Logging club contact, opportunity and sales information in “Salesforce” CRM system.o Preparation, submission and follow up of sales quotes for all areas of E4R portfolio.o Placing club orders with suppliers, monitoring of order progress through to dispatch.o Provision of after sales support to clubs, collecting feedback and reporting on this to improve processes.o Reporting to Sales and Managing Directors on progress against targets.

Responsible for the recruitment of hotels to participate in all our LJ Forecaster Occupancy surveys throughout the UK as well as liaising with current participants to ensure they get the most out of our product and are aware of all features. Additionally responsible for the establishment of the LJ Forecaster in other locations both in the UK and further afield.

Responsible for maintaining good client relationships across our projects. Mainly focused on the hotel occupancy side of the business, the LJ Forecaster, responsible for running this project in Aberdeen, Glasgow, West Midlands and Liverpool. Also assist the Research Manager delivering our Visitrac online survey visitor feedback projects.
