My role at Naledi was to administer and support the development of new projects and partnerships as the business expanded it's portfolio from mining operations consulting to include mine equipment manufacturing, sales, hires and innovative equipment research and development.

Management and Sales Experience within the retail field, of consumer products and homewares. My time at Bed, Bath N Table was focused across Flagship, A and C grade stores, managing retail turnovers from $800,000 to $1,200,000 p.a. Coaching, reporting and change management were the primary skills utilised and developed during my time with Bed, Bath N Table with a particular focus on team restructuring, store operation standards and the "SPIN" selling method. This role developed the foundations of my professional characteristics and lead to my strong sense of self-motivation, innovative thinking and forward planning ability.

During my engagement at the U.S Consulate General in Perth, I was responsible for supporting the Household Manager and General Consular Household staff to ensure the effective operation and completion of events under Consul General Aleisha Woodward's appointment.
