The gym has full service locker rooms and offers tanning, fitness classes, and personal training to the members. Accolade Fitness currently has 3 full time employees and 9 part time employees. Also oversee 3 full time personal trainers and 12 independent class instructors.Successfully managed operations through Covid-19. Saw membership drop from 2,700 members down to 1,500 members. Resurrected membership levels, currently serving 2,100 members. Saw yearly revenues drop from $1,061,000 in 2019 down to $584,000 in 2020. Completely remodeled and upgraded the gym space, locker rooms, tanning facilities, classroom and office space. Gym featured cardio, selectorized, and freeweight equipment and well as fitness classes for members and tanning beds. Annual revenue grew from $400,00 to $850,000/yr. Oversaw Accolade Fitness South staff 3 full time employees and 8 part time employees. Also oversaw operations of 3 independent trainers and 9 independent instructors. Ultimately closed facility November 2020 due to Covid-19. Oversaw refunds to customers, cessation of lease negotiations, and liquidation of all equipment.

Executed all phases of residential custom home construction including lending relations, land acquisition, governmental interaction, and all phases of construction.Worked closely with clients from initial design through successful closing and warranty period. Oversaw home design, provided all field supervision, banking interface including loan approvals to monthly draw requests, all subcontractor scheduling/direction, intergovernmental permitting/inspection/occupancy and all warranty interactions.Succeeded in extremely high levels of customer satisfaction in high stress situations.
