Provided expert oversight to the entire international and overnight domestic operations for the United States. Combined and managed four independent operations (three through acquisition) into a single unified team. Redeveloped the management and sales groups and executed migration from four software programs to a single operations software platform. Closely interacted and worked with diverse operations across the globe.

Successfully directed operations over 5 states, 13 branches, 8 branch managers, 800 employees and 260 vehicles. Always placed in the top three performing districts of 15 total districts over a seven year span. Achieved top performing district three of those seven years. Responsible for full P&L performance. Reported directly to the United States CEO.

Full P&L responsibility for Arizona, New Mexico and west Texas with six branches, $30M revenue and 300 employees.

Directed all activities for our work in Hawaii which included five branches across four islands. Turned around the results from a failing business model and profit margin to a healthy business and strong profit margin. We became the clear leader for services in our business in Hawaii.

Direct territory sales in Colorado and then promoted to Sales Manager for Texas.
