I'm an experienced coach and consultant. Skilled in personal coaching, leadership and staff development, workplace team building, conflict resolution, and professional and academic curriculum development.

I completed over 100 ACT WorkKeys job profiles with more than 40 area companies of different sizes and in different industries, analyzing requirements for widely varying positions. I coordinated the HutchCC Workplace Spanish program, training non-Spanish-speakers who interact with Spanish-speakers in the workplace. I taught all levels of academic Spanish, Success Seminar (freshman orientation), Work Ethics, Microsoft Office applications, Customer Service, Conflict Management, and motivational/personal growth programs such as We Care Teaming to internal and external customers.I envisioned, identified sources of funding for, and sponsored the HutchCC Chess Club and Chess for Success program, mentoring HutchCC students to teach in five area elementary and secondary schools. I marketed clubs in tournament participation opportunities through print and electronic media.

I consulted with companies throughout the Midwest to determine their computer hardware and software needs and implement cost-effective solutions. I developed and implemented computer networking solutions for large and small companies. I managed programmers writing software for custom client applications, interfacing between clients and programmers.

I taught individuals life skills, working with existing leadership teams in churches. I also opened two Bible Correspondence Schools and planted a local church.
