My name is Duane White, I am currently the Supplier Quality Engineer at Biomerics Precision Concepts Group, Winston-Salem NC. Previous to this position I was lead quality technician at Cross Technology in Winston-Salem. I inspected tight tolerance machined parts for customers such as General Dynamics Mission Systems, Qorvo, Inc. and others and provide First Article Inspection Reports. My previous position was at MicroMotion Inc., Boulder CO as a Quality Lab Technician II working with the production and engineering teams on flow meters.I have my High School diploma from Longmont High School CO, proudly served in the Marine Corps from 1999-2003 and an AAS in Welding Technology from AIMS Community College in Greeley Colorado. As well as other technical training courses on and off the job such as CMM training from DynaMetrix Inc, and Mitutoyo training center, NC.I work closely with management and operators to ensure quality products for on-time delivery and excellent customer service. I am proficient with a wide variety of dimensional measurement equipment including calipers, coordinate measurement machine, optical comparator, micrometer, height gauge, fixed gages, flow/pressure gages, machinery and fixtures. My excellent trouble shooting abilities make it possible for me to identify problems and come up with a solution fast and efficiently. I have good reading and writing skills that provide me with the ability to read instructions, understand blueprints and read diagrams.
