Next to that, help position the ESSEC brand in an Anglophone (web)environment, including the monitoring and managing of the company website and its social media presence. Finally, supporting and managing a team of 14 student ambassadors geared at optimising prospect-student to applicant transformation.

Duane is part of a team geared at designing stand-alone strategy workshops to be sold in b2b-settings. Next to that, he contributed to deep business analysis for clients geared at optimization of their acquisition strategy. Finally, after obtaining a certificate for Content Marketing Strategy, he develops a content marketing strategy for Actieboeken, a new product. This process requires an autonomous, customer-driven attitude throughout the entire marketing and sales funnel: from customer group segmentation, generating leads, to (digital) follow-up, etc. Duane is in the lead for designing, creating and managing a new website that doubles as lead generator, coupled to social media accounts that reinforce brand positioning.

In an academic year’s time, helping the university reaffirm its strategic position as most advanced and modern university of the Netherlands by incorporating digital educational forms (such as video tutorials, interactive online classes or digital feedback) in its educational programs. The pilot project involved six courses of the Economics & Business bachelor offered.
