Train new employees, give recurrent training, update SOPs, test and troubleshoot new applications

*Ensure an aircraft is available for each flight while balancing the needs of maintenance, flight attendant, and pilot rotations. *Make appropriate adjustments in order to keep operations on time. *Maintain open communications with flight dispatchers, Reservations, Airport Customer Service, Technical Operations, In-Flight Service, and pilot groups.

*Work directly with CEO, COO, CFO and other Executive Vice Presidents, and Board members to assist customers with any complaints, concerns, or questions. *Deliver high quality service to each customer while working to ensure each issue is resolved to the satisfaction of both the consumer and company.*Upon request, write correspondence to be sent under the Executive's signature. *Assist Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Security with questions, inquiries, and complaint resolution.

*Deliver distinctive service recovery to high value/profile customers. *Coach coworkers to streamline processes for more efficient utilization of resources. *Review customer rebuttals to track trends, and for continuous improvement. *Select task force member responsible for working with unhappy customers who planned legal action against Delta resulting in 0 lawsuits. *Ensure compliance with DOT and TSA regulations. *Liaison for the Better Business Bureau*SME for offshore vendor training.*Handled correspondence and translated documents for Song Executives

*Provide diverse work groups with office bulletins, company, and industry news. *Create and maintain office Intranet web sites. *Prepare and edit the site for the successful migration to a portal environment. *Publish weekly newsletter. *Update and maintain computer reference system.

I am doing something I love. That is using my creative juices to tell stories. Also, I am able to network and learn about people, cultures and other points of view.

As a 7 year member of Delta Premier Toastmasters, I have served as the club President, VP of Public Relations, and Secretary. I have completed Advanced Toastmaster Gold, and Competent Leader levels. As past president, I helped lead the club to Presidents Distinguished status, the highest club status. Additionally, I coordinated and presented the Speechcraft series which teaches non-Toastmasters public speaking skills. I was the club President for the 2002-2003 and 2008-2009 Toastmasters years.
