I have been with Kaiser Permanente San Francisco since 2006 as a Lead Pharmacy Technician and currently work in the Ambulatory Care Service with experience in Oncology, The Anticoagulation Clinic, as well as Outpatient Pharmacy. I was directly involved with creating new Pharmacy Programs such as the Osteoporosis Clinic, and Direct Oral Anticoagulant Service, which focuses on providing better health, better care, and lowering cost for members and patients. The DOAC service won the 2016 Pharmacy Performance Improvement Triple Aim award (PITA). My main job focus is not only to staff as a regular Pharmacy Technician, but to also maintain technician schedules, facilitate meetings, create technician projects, and support supervisors in reaching technician goals and overall satisfaction. I am also a member of the United States Air Force, California National Guard. I currently work as a Public Affairs Specialist, trained in skills that cover photography, videography, graphic design, journalistic writing, and public affairs.
