I get easily excited by complex problems and love building Excel models and relationships. I have studied engineering, finance, public policy, and analytics in college and graduate school and have a similarly ecletic work experience. Some highlights from my professional journey:- Co-created an Excel model for a power company, predicting the social and environmental impact of transitioning to low-carbon power generation in the Dominican Republic. - Transformed a nonprofit start-up's flagship STEM education program by doubling its reach from 20 to 40 under-resourced classrooms. Redesigned program delivery, developed a new product, executed recruitment and training, and forged partnerships.- Persuaded around 50 out of 120 school students of low-income background with weak eyesight to get new glasses, spending less than US$10Beyond work I love to travel and I write poetry in English and Hindi-Urdu, often mixing up 3-4 languages, adding to purists' nightmares.
