With over twenty-five years’ experience, Daniel holds financial expertise across a wide variety of disciplines, including business advisory, accountancy, structuring, taxation advice and valuation along with due diligence and advice for entities ranging from not-for-profits through to ASX listed entities.Playing a key role in solving complex structural issues, over the course of his career he has accumulated complementary skills in corporate governance, business restructures, strategic and succession planning and capital raising. Focusing on client needs, he offers in depth analysis across his core competencies of business services, accounting, tax and valuation. Industry specialisations include the SAAS, Construction, Services and IT sectors along with broad based family business support. He has a particular passion for supporting social enterprise and not-for-profits as part of the community.Commencing his career in a Big 4 accounting firm in 1993, Daniel was appointed to LDB as a Principal within the business services division in 2016.
