- In charge of Recruiting all Expert, Manager up positions- Recruitment Reports for BOD- In charge of Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Systems- Manage Recruitment team to achieve manpower plan- Support to HR procedures & Cultural Development works

- Specialized in Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Trading, Business Development Management, Supply Chain Management….- Work with client companies, find out about their business, their culture, their current and future recruitment needs- Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening and short listing applicants; as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals;- Screen and interview candidates in accordance with company standards- Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression

- Investigate the misconduct activities of employees related to all HR fields- Support to investigate and prevent misconducts and Fraud cases in other fields such as Purchasing, General Affairs, Finance…- Organize training classes for employees in all over Vietnam for ethical conduct guideline

- Chief management of HR System (GHR HUB)- Reports for BOM- Mainly support for HR Planning & Manpower management- Support Recruitment and Training
