Covered ecological sustainability, methyl-mercury and PCB/dioxin contamination in fish, environmental politics, food safety and ocean policy for a readership of seafood buyers, chefs and seafood marketers. Responsible for five cover stories a year, monthly Q/A breakdown of complex issues and news stories. Duties included copy-editing of monthly magazine.
