As Latin America Performance Optimization Leader, I am responsible for coordinating Latin America Performance Optimization Professionals activities, driving Latin America region utilization and financial performance in my Business Unit.I am also responsible for tracking performance on Client Satisfaction (both Sales and Delivery) through Net Promoter System methodology.

As Business Operations I am responsible for: - Business Unit labor forecast (including projections for: hiring, attrition, reallocation, bench, utilization, direct labor hours, etc);- Interlock with finance to ensure numbers will be reported accordingly;- Interlock with business leaders to ensure actions will be taken to address main deviations from overall business strategy;- Interlock with other administrative areas in order to anticipate business risks w/ financial impact.

The Performance & Optimization Professional (POP) drives actions to ensure the operational and utilization objectives are met in order to achieve the assigned operating business area’s financial goals.Main activities consists in make findings, propose recommendations to business leaders and drive actions to reach resources utilization and operational goals which are linked to the financial objectives. More specifically, POP will drive the quality and effectiveness of utilization administrative processes, including time recording, availability, missing codes, bench, etc; and also follow up on corrective actions.

- End to end responsibility for on-time, quality fulfillment across all assigned roles, using all available supply channels (IBMers, new hires, sub-contractors and international resources);- Managing and maintaining data integrity within assigned open seats, as per R&CM guidelines;- Identification and proposal of suitable candidates, and placing those candidates in play in the Professional Marketplace working directly with the project contact needing the resource;- Defining options where fulfillment is challenged and documenting history detailing options pursued with no closure in cases of escalation;- Creating assignments for practitioner filling seats owned as part of closure activity;- Collaborate with PSP with Senior PSP responsibilities on the project in cases of escalation;- Relationship manager for an account in areas of staffing and fulfillment. Connection to other functional areas, e.g. util mgmt, capacity actions that impact the account;- Monitor status of all opportunities for an account for appropriate engagement with demand coverage;- Promote culture on account to drive optimal staffing success, e.g. compliance with sourcing strategy, bid metrics, etc;- Promote solutioning managers engagement with Senior PSP earlier, and in more substantive way;- Ensure effective connection to solutioning managers for all opportunities with regular cadence and clear expectations established;- Conduct regular review with account delivery leaders and opportunity owners for key focus areas, e.g. CAMSS opportunities, etc;- Quantify demand in earliest stages for key focus areas, e.g. CAMSS, that is not yet defined at level needed for staffing, but still needs to be highly visible;

- Plan and execute Capacity Build programs in the GDC;- Work with GDC Leadership to plan the design of each Capacity Build action to improve growth strategy, focus area, Market situation, Language;- Serves as the spokesperson for Capacity Build programs with solutioning teams, client teams, and helping them understand the program better;- Coordinate the collection and reporting of data on the business impact and expenditures for Capacity Build programs executed by the GDC;- Work with GIC Leadership to drive Hiring Management into Brazil GDC- Plan and Drive bench headcount reduction into Brazil GDC- Help optimizing GDC practitioners utilization.

- Plan and execute BuildToPlan (BTP) Program in the GDC;- Collaborate with GDC R&CM Leadership in developing BuildToPlan (BTP) annual GDC Plan;- Work with GDC Leadership to plan the design of each BuildToPlan (BTP) wave to improve program efficiency;- Serves as the spokesperson for BuildToPlan (BTP) Program with solutioning teams, client teams, and helping them understand the program better;- Work with GDC Competency Leads to achieve the BuildToPlan (BTP) targets;- Coordinate the collection and reporting of data on the business impact and expenditures for BuildToPlan (BTP) Program executed by the GDC;- Work successfully with the GDC Finance Team to ensure accurate financial details.

R&CM Analyst responsible for:- R&CM Global Tools deployment in Brazil (Professional Marketplace, Professional Market Place - Demand Management Global Tool);- Guarantee demand data accuracy in R&CM Global Tools: current demand positions, future demand positions, staffing plans, etc;- Support resource forecast accuracy;- Monitor demand trends;- Support strategies and action plans to balance supply and demand (limit excesses and shortages) – hiring, rotation, etc;
