Currently I'm responsible for leveraging learning data and analytics to answer complex questions and influence business strategy related to learning initiatives throughout the enterprise and communicating those findings to senior management. I focus on building learning dashboards, measuring skill acquisition and growth, and quantifying the impact of learning initiatives.I'm also responsible for the delivery of a broad scope of learning initiatives to internal clients by applying professional judgement, knowledge, experience, and a broad perspective. I collaborate with co-workers, subject matter experts, and project managers to design and deliver innovative solutions that support the organizational learning process.
