Content Team Manager – Managing a team who provide administrative duties on behalf of the Trading Operations team supporting SPIN and SSLN.• Ensure the team delivers administrative support to the trading floor 7 days a week through the set-up and publication of markets and events, both in the main trading application and on the website. • Continually monitor the website to ensure the information displayed is relevant and accurate. • Assist our wholesale clients by producing an accurate daily schedule of events and helping them to resolve any event creation issues that may occur during the day. • Recruit and train new members of staff to use all aspects of the trading application.Role responsibilities include - • Accurate entry of all betting market information as sent through by traders, including events, markets and for certain markets prices• Create new templates and markets as required in both the spread betting and fixed odds trading platforms• Updating of daily in-play sports diaries• Prepare Excel models for trading• Compile and be responsible for a monthly team rota that ensures a 365-days-a-year administration service• Liaise with market makers via telephone, Skype and email• Prepare and compile operational trading reports• Assist settlements and quality control of market settlements• Manage and maintain back-office applications including fixture, participant and competition databases.
