I am a dedicated student at Boulder High School with a strong focus on finance, marketing, and business entrepreneurship.Through my involvement with DECA, I have honed my skills in financial decision-making and marketing strategy, securing first place at the district level and progressing to become a state finalist. These experiences have taught me the importance of strategic thinking and the value of persuasive communication, skills that are crucial in both academic and professional settings.As a member of the AllSports Triathlon Team in Hong Kong and the Movement Climbing Team in Boulder, I have learned the essence of teamwork and resilience. Competing in triathlons and climbing competitions, I've embraced the spirit of collaboration, understanding that the collective effort of a team is often what leads to outstanding achievements. These sports have improved my physical endurance and instilled a sense of discipline and commitment in me, which I apply to every aspect of my life.The lessons learned from these team-based activities have been invaluable. They have taught me how to collaborate with others to achieve common goals effectively and have highlighted the importance of adaptability—being able to adjust strategies in response to dynamic conditions, whether in a race, on a climbing wall, or during a critical marketing presentation.I am eager to continue applying these lessons as I advance academically and professionally, pursuing a career that allows me to leverage my strengths in finance and marketing along with my passion for team-oriented environments.
