Bakersfield Memorial Hospital

Field coordination of multiple subcontractors in rebuilding of existing labor and delivery after retrofit for the addition of five upper floors, including twelve delivery rooms, three surgical suites, and an intensive care unit. Coordinate MEP contractors for upgrades of facilities to accommodate new building addition. Quality control and punch list on all floors to completion.

Multiple Sites In The Los Angeles Area

I started with Rudolph and Sletten as a carpenter and became a foreman shortly after. During this time I was in charge of Quality Control at a project that was near completion. My job was to work with Sub contractors of all trades to determine areas that were not up to standards and have them completed in a timely manner. I also guide the installation of equipment including Linear air hoods,autoclaves, blanket warmers etc, with all done to seismic standards.
