With a background in the service industry culminating in ten years of experience in management, I have honed tried and true leadership and problem-solving abilities that I am passionate about using every day. I specialize in leading large, cross functional teams, process improvement, connecting with customers and co-workers, developing solutions for operational issues, and optimizing and streamlining business procedures. I love helping employees reach their achievements, and strongly believe empowering team members is the key to success. One of my absolute favorite things about my career so far has been the opportunity to meet so many wonderful and driven people - my time spent working in the heart of Halifax has enabled me to make a great many connections, both professional and personal, which I will preserve throughout my life and my career.
