Contract work on various developments and housing consultancy works for transitional housing, traditional & off-site manufacturing (OSM) programmes of work in Northland, Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua and Hawkes Bay. Clients include Kainga Ora and MHUD as the BDM for the MAIHI and WKWO programme.

Contract role leading the team to schedule, prioritise and programme the large-scale infrastructure projects that allow the housing intensification projects being implemented around Auckland.
