As a Library Software Consultant and Trainer at Accessit Software I am responsible for providing training to new Accessit users alongside ongoing support for established users in the UK/Europe and North America. The majority of this training and support is carried out online using remote access software, however training and support is also delivered on-site. At Accessit Software I provide training and support to users to ensure they are getting the best possible experience from our product. In addition to delivering training, I prepare supporting material including writing documentation, producing quick reference guides and video tutorials.The role requires me to provide technical support to a variety of users, supporting them over the phone and in person. Troubleshooting is carried out across a range of devices, including laptops, smartphones and tablets.
