As a Senior Education and Career Specialist my role entailed liaising with clients who have enquired about studying a professional or academic qualification. The main focus was to conduct a comprehensive consultation with individuals, managers or L&D professionals to evaluate and understand their requirements and potential fears. Ultimately the goal was to present a tailored solution for the individual and agree on an enrolment. This would be followed by the preparation of all relevant paperwork and payment or funding to secure their place on the course . Courses included Vocational and Higher Education programs offering Certificate, Diploma and Degree along with IT Certifications from vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA amongst other major vendors in the Information Technology space.
