Issue all Letters of Offer within 24 hours and forwards offer letter and invoice to student/agent.• Issue COE’s 100% accurately and timely ensuring fees are paid before issuing.• Organise Course enrolment forms for transfers and change of course forms for students. • Assist with Martin College orientation including registration and ID photos.• Daily Banking and Finance including collecting and receipting tuition fees, payroll, petty cash and accounts payable. • Operating as the campus Workplace Health and Safety Representative and chair the OHS committee meetings.• Ensure all international students on student visas have current course length Overseas Student Health Cover.• Organising and promoting student social activities.• Liaising with International students’ sponsor (primarily SACM).
