I am the Head of the School of Business and Management at MLI, where I serve as a lecturer, researcher, and leader with extensive experience in teaching, research, administration, and quality assurance. My role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities that include both academic and administrative functions.In my capacity as a lecturer and researcher, I am actively involved in interviewing course applicants, designing lecture plans, preparing course materials, delivering lectures, and maintaining regular contact with students. I oversee the dissertation process by chairing the Dissertation Board and serving as a member of the MLI Dissertation Ethics Board, where I help maintain academic integrity and uphold ethical research standards.Beyond these duties, I play a key role in the strategic development of the school. I propose and design new courses to meet emerging industry demands, organise professional training programmes for lecturers, and address issues related to plagiarism or academic matters for students. I also coordinate and support lecturers in partnership with the Principal of MLI, fostering a cohesive and dynamic academic environment.

As the Assistant Director of the Research Unit within the Office of the Prime Minister, I led and supervised research initiatives focused on enhancing organisation and management in public administration.
