Subsequently invited to re-develop and teach the subject alone. Contents: the nature of difference; differences within the Australian workforce and in the international context for business; economic, social and other justifications for managing difference; cultural and racial differences, their impact domestically and internationally; models of cross-cultural management;. sex, gender and sexualities in organisations; disability; evaluation of approaches and techniques for managing difference.Leadership and ChangeWorked with Professor Amanda Sinclair as a group process facilitator for this experientially-taught subject.World of Management ProgramDesigned and delivered 5.5 hours of diversity and cross-cultural education for incoming MBA students from 30 countries. These sessions have been incorporated into the Business School’s new introductory core curriculum subject for all students.
