Client - BC HydroWorking with BC Hydro's Supply Chain Division to implement Category Management, and a more strategic approach to how the company procures and manages over $2Billion worth of goods and services annually. I worked closely with the Director and Leadership Team responsible for driving this initiative, supporting the design and implementation of new tools and processes, and the development of the team. My focus was both strategic and tactical - responsible for planning, developing and delivering key engagement, communication, and training activities required to implement and sustain Category Management at BC Hydro.

Launched and led the growth of Lawn Summer Nights - a not-for-profit organization established in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. We hold social summer-time lawn bowling events across Canada, and engage young professionals to raise funds and awareness to support those living with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) through a unique, fun and social experience. Since beginning in Vancouver in 2009, Lawn Summer Nights has grown to include 18 events across the country (2018), and has raised over $2,700,000 for Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Client: Camosun CollegeDelivered a detailed, prioritized and achievable HR Strategy for a leading post-secondary institution in Victoria, BC. The project involved broad engagement of staff through surveys and facilitated hands-on sessions to build consensus around strengths, issues and opportunities. Working with an Executive Steering Committee, as well as HR & Communications Leadership, we set a strategic direction, detailed current gaps, and identified the tactics and resources required to close them. The resulting 'People Plan' detailed measurable actions to enable successful implementation.

Managed a portfolio team of Change Management, Training and Communication professionals in ICBC’s $400Million Transformation Program. Leading Change Management for the Customer Relationship portfolio, I worked closely with senior leaders and employee teams to establish a Customer-Focused culture through new leadership alignment activities, introduction of new systems and processes, learning programs, communication tools, measurement and recognition initiatives.

Sessions were designed to build the case for change, share necessary knowledge, and align the Business Transformation efforts.
