Since commencing employment at Lifebroker I have also assisted in the coaching and training of our new starters, taken on additional duties as 2iC including coaching, reporting and training. I supported the wider business with general enquiries whilst also responding to external enquiries from customers and administering their policies. I was responsible for analysing error reports and data entry errors from the call centre to minimise the risk of complaints from our customers. This often meant reporting to Compliance and Quality Assurance on the findings and solving various errors.I was the liaison between the Direct and Retail Finance teams, which involved a lot of procurement work using Oracle People Soft. As I was the first point of contact for external stakeholders, I was also responsible for processing and responding to customer email enquiries and letters. Allocating important documents to stakeholders, adhering to strict timeframes and filing and storing sensitive data were also an integral part of my role. Show less
