The Pareto Fellowship is a 10 ­week long intensive training program with a 4% acceptance rate run by Oxford’s Centre for Effective Altruism. Fellows had rigorous training in productivity, coordination, movement ­building and effectiveness.I then applied the skills obtained to two projects: - helping organize networking at the 1000+ attendee conference EA.
