Duncan is the Head of the Company Commercial Department. He works predominately on transactional cases advising buyers, sellers & funders and also provides businesses & owner managers with advice on all non-contentious matters involving the business (except property or employment/pension related). Reorganisations and Restructuring have been popular in the last few years for owners to exit or focus on a particular area of the business.
