Over twenty five years experience in the public sector on policy, performance and strategy development work. Currently working on the Corporate Transformation, Performance and Improvement Systems and the Smart Future City agenda as well as customer service developments that can come from designing new services making innovative use of technology and data. Dundee has an excellent Changing for the Future programme. I am proud to chair the National Entitlement Smartcard board and that Dundee City Council provide the national programme management for this. There are over 2m ( 40%) of the population covered by the NEC with smart travel to smart places services.My goals are to make the public services modern, efficient and deliver a quality experience to service users so that they remain relevant to building a fairer society.I am committed to using creative strategic approaches to involve people in designing the future of public services.
